I can't believe that we're at the beginning of March already - where has the time gone?!
The trouble with time going so quickly is sometimes we've been so busy in our businesses that we don't stand still and just review the goals that we had when we first came into the new year.
So that's my tip to you this week:
Stand still, get those goals out and review them!
We still have a month left of the first quarter, so if you haven't achieved them yet, you can look at what activities you need to do, what quotes you need to follow up on, what calls you need to make...
Let's get that activity started now, rather than wait to the last week in the month, when we haven't got the chance to impact our goals.
And while we're at it, let's start thinking about the goals for the next quarter. Our sales tip at the end of March is going to be reminding you to put your goals in place - just some advanced warning for you ;-)
