Refunds Policy

The Sales Ace does not offer refunds. However, if you cannot attend the workshop you have booked, a credit note will be issued for you to book another workshop at a more convenient time. To receive the credit note, full payment for the workshop will need to have been received and contact made via email to julie@thesalesace.co.uk 24 hours before the workshop date.

Any applications for credit notes after this time will be at the discretion of the business owner, Julie Futcher.
